Sublimation uses sublimation ink and heat to transfer your design onto a compatible polyester-coated surface. You'll need a sublimation printer, sublimation paper, and a heat press large enough to cover the full 13 × 22.43 in mat. Check the mat's dimensions against your setup before ordering, and test your time and temperature settings first.
